Foodies will Love these Local Food Experiences
Collingwood’s food scene is packed with of fun hidden gems. Here are a couple of our favourites.
- Gibson & Co. Ultra-hip, almost hidden cafe, bar, and bottle shop, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Wonderfully curated wine and whiskey selections. Great nibbles and small plates at this favourite local gathering spot.
- 1858 Caesar Bar. This popular downtown spot does one thing, and it does it well. Want some privacy? The private Red Room will fit 8-10 people and can be booked by groups with a minimum spend of $250 on food and drinks.
- Nicky’s Doughnuts & Ice Cream. Fresh handmade doughnuts and small batch ice cream make this charming shop a local favourite. Vegan options are excellent. Bring donuts back to 11 Rooms for a perfect pairing with our excellent coffee.
- Food Trucks at Millenium Park. Fill up on Indian cuisine, sandwiches, hot dogs and shaved ice while watching kids jump off the pier at the Collingwood Terminals, a short walk from 11 Rooms. Include a short stop at the Collingwood Museum on the way.
